[DotA] Phantom Lancer

Hello, that's my first race! I'm so proud that I can release it right now, after about
50 hours spent on making and debugging this race. I'm also proud that we can have there,
on wc3source.de, that so good people who helped me - StinkyFax, HOLLIDAY or Phat_Wizard.
They've helped me alot - StinkyFax - learning ES and EST, debugging and checking my new
and newest codes, and also he allowed me to take some of his code from his races and
modify it. Of course it's not 100% copy & paste from his great races. HOLLIDAY helped me
with second skill - for real, we were just making it and making until he made full, 100%
working version. He also made graphics. Phat_Wizard gave me bunch of tips which helped
me too - thanks. Sorry I didn't put you into authors, but you are here.

Big thanks to guy called [A]im3d^ - he helped me MUCH in beta-testing! Also Simtrix helped me in testing race when it was in very early state.

Also thanks for DotA map from Icefrog. Much thanks.

Spirit Lance - Slow enemy by 10-40% for 0.5-2.5 seconds and damage him for 20 hit points. Chance is 15%.
Juxtapose - You got 5-10% chance to spawn an image of yourself when you hit someone. Note: chance may be increased by increasing level of Ultimate.
Doppelwalk - When attacked, have a 15% chance to become 100% invisible for 0.8-2 seconds and then slighty invisible for 10 seconds.
Phantom Edge - Ultimate - Get 15% evade and increase your Juxtapose chance by 2-10%.

some... reserved slots. Yes, second skill called Juxtapose uses reserved slots and you can't stop this from happening.
For example if you haven't more than 2 admins (including you), set reserved slots in Mani's Admin Plugin config to 3. And if you
have 3 admins USUALLY playing, set reserved slots to 4. I don't think that all reserved slot users are playing same time.
In easiest way: just keep your server have 1 slot free - always.

I've also done some fixes and improvements during beta-testing (again thanks to [A]im3d^), there were bugs like:
- spam with text "You've broken your invisibility" while attacking enemy during 10-second low-invisibility period
- message "You've missed enemy's bullet!" not showing due to a bug
- balance changes! Race may be still unbalanced for some people, same as Shadow Hunter, but if you think like that, you are simply wrong! I think it is well balanced.
- some other fixes which I've forgot...

Changelog:
- Juxtapose nerfed, image no longer spawns with Colt M4A1 or AK47, now only with MP5
Today:
- Juxtapose nerfed/buffed, image spawn with your actual weapon!
- >>Many<< bugfixes by StinkyFax
- bot's kill counts as yours

Skill2  put ES in front of the est_give

also might want to add a delay in there or half the time they might not get it

I like the reference to Total Recall :)

Hi m8, Race is awesome but ...
There are very, very many bugs.
I'll fix them for you coz i'm one of authors so it's also partically my race.
Have no time to write why it's bugged now, i'll give full information of bugs i've fixed after posting it.

What bugs? Dunno, for me everything worked great... :shock:

Teacher - it works as is but if you want... here you go with es before est. But delay? It gave me always a weapon but i was testing it on my own server so you are right, if server is overloaded, here you go again.

Actually it might be bugged because it's my first race but, it worked for me so how?

Now I've realized it may be overpowered on awp_india, scoutzknivez, or other maps so it gives your actual weapon now.

50 hours work?? thats a lot :D
now you know how hard it is to make a GOOD race hehe  :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
especially debugging and testing needs much time.

I didnt test it yet, but as the "coder" you never see/find all bugs, in your eyes your work runs always well. Thats what I thought about WCS, and you see how many small glitches are in the mod.  :roll: :roll:

Please test it and give Frodo some good feedback.

I'm going to make another hero (from DotA too) but this time... its a kind of altered Enchantress, dunno how to explain him. After all i think i won't just leave all work for me and just let Stinky debug it because he knows well how to.

Anyway, my next hero is top secret (it doesn't apply to Stinky and all who want to help me with), and i know now exactly how i'm going to make it.

Yeah, its about 50 hours of testing, thinking and coding.

I've suprised myself most. Hopefully StinkyFax will fix it soon because he found some minor bugs (invisibility check not working in 100%, some text bugs and things like that)

You dont have to put that if you have est_ install on your server.

the command it self is an admin command and it works the same as ma_give.

es checks for variables since est and ma dont' check for ES variables.

i thought it was going to be a player_victim skill for the bot?

even gave the bot the same weapons you have.lol

but should it be est_stripplayer gunner 0?
