The maximum players you have maintained for an hour on server over the past month is 22-26. Also from that uptime I'd guess your server has been down, "mathmatically", for at least 2 hours, 7200s, not 160, 8*2*10, seconds if you are on October uptime. So "why do you lie"? Petru is not "starting shit" or "causing drama" he's pointing out lies you spew to try and increase popularity of your server. I also don't get how this is even remotely relevant to the community though, Koshy, as your server != entire WC:S community. If you vanished I'm sure only a handful of people would miss your server and even less miss you.

463 / 474 = 0.98 (rounded up) = 98%

Thus 98% uptime ("month uptime", but hasn't been entire month yet).

In the past week it has held an average of 12.

Also we have about 800 active players (players with activity still), with over 11,000 who have visted the server in the past 3 months.  And I could care less if people missed or didn't miss the server.

Uhhh nobody comes here to increase server population rofl... this forum is a ghost town past 9 months or so (because of drama scrubs like you) and as I already said I am extremely pleased with my server population, especially accounting for the past. Just because I post something on MY thread, explaining something about MY server or answering someone who puts positive feedback on my thread, gives you no right to start false drama on it.

JoshTrav owns his own server (that is slowly closing gap on AZ), he didn't have to give me positive feedback, infact probably in his interest not to, yet he did anyway.

On topic:

The point of the post was simple, I like his server, and I enjoy getting a break from the irritation of my own.  It sucks to work your butt off for weeks only to be pestered to high hell when you log in about new races, skills, donator stuff, etc.

Sometimes it is nice to hide, so to speak.

I also find it comical that some people really do think they have a clue.  I am still waiting for a server ip to be listed so I can giggle like a school girl at its emptiness.

As far as being missed...  I dunno if it would be, but judging from the slowness of these forums and the 14,000 views on this thread (add the rest of the servers up, then LoL at the difference of views) I think some would.  

This is partly the reason I don't post my server listing here.  Ya-hoos who think they have a clue love to chime in and pretend they are amazing at coding a CS:S server.  

Either way, good work, and I will talk to you on steam, this board has become, well you know how I feel.

So I forgot it was only the 6th today, meaning you have at least 2 hours downtime in 120s instead of 160s. I guess it was pretty bad for me to make such a simple mathematic mistake. I also floored 2 hours, you have been down for 2.88 hours. In 23 days, lets calculate this now and be sure to pay real good attention:

23days/6days = 23/6
2 hours * 23/6 = 7.7hours (rounded up)
Hours = seconds^2 = 3600s per Hour
(2*26/6) hours * 3600 = 27600s (exact)
120s * (26/6) = 460s (exact)

Oh wait! The 0.88hours! I forgot them...
2.88/2 = 1.44 multiplying factor. So thats +44%:
You are down for: 39744 seconds or 662 minutes or 11 hours. A month. Not bad imo but you said you were down for 460s a month which is... well its probably somewhere in the 99.9+% region uptime.

No offense intended but I can't believe you even tried to prove me wrong about mathematics, Koshy. Now you've made me waste my time because I had to disprove you saying I suck at math (what is statistics?) just like you did with Zawmbee and psychology.

Therefore you claim to be down for 460s but are really down for 27600s. This is a 60 factor difference Koshy.

Unique respawn? I think not. He can't even figure out how to stop respawning in walls even after I tell him.
Little to no server lag? I think not. I could probably lag the server by browsing races.
Everything works on server? I think not. Wouldn't crash so often or even require restarts if that was so.
Lower levels win against higher levels? I think not. Got whored by some guy on AvP private race when I played there first day, total OP race, and there's no beginner levels.
50 to 100 times more code extensive? I think not. As I've said before, Koshy's stuff is average, probably only level of good c&p-er or assisted amateur.
420s downtime a month? I think not. Already disproved that one
16-28 players during high-time? I think not. Already disproved that one
Never seen before? ............. lol.

Yes I will admit your server is good, it's nice, it's kinda devoted-player based which makes newer players leave and it's got a fair amount of variety in it's races and skills and there are a couple unique skills I hadn't personally seen elsewhere. However, it is not half of what you claim it to be. Which is what I find quite "hallarious" as you say. So, why do you lie about your server if it's not about gaining population? Is it about trying to create the façade that you're a good coder in this community that you say you hold so dear, perhaps?

Everyone note this: I am not intentionally trying to "create drama" but Koshy seems to add lie after lie to his server and it's reaching critical mass. The simple fact he is majorly impressed with his work is one point of evidence. His slow and otherwise inability to code simple races is two. The fact he doesn't release any code, and hasn't helped others code, is three. The fact he charges extreme levels of cash for something worthless is four. The fact he posts on the ES forums under a codename Kari is five. The fact he cannot figure out how to do something when the code is already on his server is six. The fact he lacks the basic logic to figure out the time his server is up or down is seven.

My defence: Do you see me calling out other members as liars? No. What about Petru? No. Polis? Wait, who? What does he matter? This is about you and your lies Koshy; not the entire community. This is not "false drama" this is factual debate and the proof is there Koshy. I know you think the world of yourself but wake up and realise this is not involving the entirety of the forum. You are a glorified troll.  Take the average ability statements you make about Koshy, and in only the last 30 posts of yours you will see its the exact same style.  You both seem to think your crap doesn't stink.  Which is w/e, but this is his server listing, and as you seem to have no server, I perceive you as a angry teenage troll.  Perceptions can be wrong, so maybe this could be your opportunity to change it.

Regardless, I find it trivial, but maybe you can take it as a learning experience and realize a community is only as good as its members.  I do not claim to know Koshy's past dealings on these forums, but yours as being the most recent I have viewed strike me as sad, to say the least.

YEA I have some races in reserve I made a templar race, ghost, and marine  I might release them I might not -  not sure yet



Here is the update since I took over:

- Did some buffing of some races - antlion,mummy,RPG etc
- Did some nerfing - exodus,error,enforcer,medic,bionic commando (all in the name of balance)

Added James Bond - 1 shot kill golden gun, knifing speed, roll the dice mod (jsut for him)
Added Firebat - Massive flamethrower with splash damage, stim pack and armor and health
Added Water Golem - Drown victims, encase victims in ice, create water mirror images when shot
Added Inspector Gadget - Go gadget napalm bombs (stackable), wallhack gadget vision, flying and speed and damage skills
Added Private Race: Turkey - Speed,Random Damage,AOE Sleep attack,Critical, Raise chicken bird flu

Added cool stuff
-Firebat skin
-Water Golem skin (watery and kinda see thru)
-Turkey Skin
-Random Turkey sounds while moving
-Turkey sounds on Race
-Firebat sounds
-Fire foot prints for Fire Golem -does dmg

Spiderman - Web attakc, Webshield, webslinger, spidersense, Enemy throw
Wolverine - Claw attack, Metal skeleton, evade, speed, healign factor
Grim Reaper - Portal to hell, Speed, Soul Steal, Cold Damage, Damage, Respawn

All of these have a custom skin accept nightcrawler that one is in the works.
