How to get your race approved?

Some tips:

• You are able to post your old races for approval process.
• Copy/Paste are still posted to Copy&Paste Board
  

Why we decided it?

• Board http://warcraft-source.com/board/index.php/board,16.0.html which is supposed to be for custom races only got junked so much that it is even impossible to sepperate custom races from copy/paste races which everyone posts
• Most of the races on old boards are not runnable because of some obvious problems
• WCS forum requires better hierarchy in promoting powerful and useful custom code to owners of WCS servers. For now every average admin (WCS server owner) gets lost, even coders themselves can not decide whether their race is C/P or custom.
• This is only the beginning, we are making a bigger plans on how to improve WCS customer service

this is one hell of an idea!
hopefully there are some "custom races" left.

i am looking forward to it.

to me it was never easy to figure out if it was a good custom or junk c&p race. i am not a coder so i had to test em on my server.
and that can be annoying.

races have to have something.
the little thing different.
something unique.

Nice work, Stinky.

Came up into my mind that "when" a race has been approved, it could also be added to the Download section to make their races easier accessable and to advertise them more.

It just needs more organizing in the Download section.


Also gotta work on the darn FAQ....

Well, n0life, about the downloads section, that's no good idea... it isn't clear and ordered enough to do that... but i guess there is an alternative way
