When you go looking for a server for CS:S i recommend Xenonservers.com just because unlike counter-strike.com you don't have to pay extra for FPS or Tic on the server you can set the server to 100 tic and how ever many fps you feel the need to. The only thing you can't do it switch from game to game like c-S.com does. But this site comes with TC admin witch lets you install mods such as ES source mod and much more. I am currently using this site for my 30 slot CS:S server and it works a charm.
