Do you mean Wcsadmin ? If this is the fact, go to "cstrike/addons/eventscripts/wcs/WCSadmin" and open the "es_WCSadmin_db.txt" with an editor.
Next you copie the block where Kryptonite is the name and paste it where "new admins" ( or something like this ) is. Then change the steamid to your's and restart wcs mod. ( rcon es_unload wcs; rcon es_load wcs ) or restart the server. Now you are wcsadmin with access to the wcsadmin menu ( wcsadmin in chat or console ).
