if block is -
block wcs_checkevents

  es_xgetargc wcs_test
}

When we using the command checkevents as like that:
"wcs_checkevents blabla blabla blabla" - wcs_test = 4
"wcs_checkevents" - wcs_test = 1
"wcs_checkevents blabla blabla" - wcs_test = 3
"wcs_checkevents blabla blabla blabla blabla blabla blabla blabla blabla blabla" - wcs_test = 10
