1. On a clean server install eventsctipts version 338

3. Copy Zipped file and contents onto server overwriting es.py and estcommands.py

raceinfo popups are not complete - I keep waiting on a solution - or I could shorten all descritptions to one or two words if u want me too

Notes
Was gonna fix this stuff before release but didnt want to keep you waiting, all issues should be dealth with tomorrow or by Monday latest and new release will have them fixed
This ran pretty stable all day with live players and bots!
