[Turtorial] Updating/Reinstalling Wcs

Instructions to Updating/Reinstalling
Step 1:
Save your important files:

Save these file on your computer so you can go back and look  at all the stuff that you had before, you will not re add these because these files are updated

addons\eventscripts\wcs\config-config.cfg
addons\eventscripts\wcs\config-addons.cfg

save these in a separate file because you will want to re added these
addons\eventscripts\wcs\data-es_WCSadmins_db
addons\eventscripts\wcs\data-es_WCSgroups_db (if you have used/edited this before)
addons\eventscripts\wcs\ini-items.ini (if you have used/edited this before)
addons\eventscripts\wcs\ini-races.ini
addons\eventscripts\wcs\tools\ultimates\default -es_default.txt
addons\eventscripts\wcs\addons\effect-es_effect.txt (if you have used/edited this before)

this most important file, make sure before you get this file that you turn your server off.
addons/eventscripts/wcs/data/-player.sqlite

so now you have saved all the files you needed,time to reinstall

Step 2:
Go here to download.

click on the "click here to download" link

Step 4:
now go into your ftp,
go to
cstrike/addons/eventscripts
and delete wcs :O ikr scary lolz

Step 5:
onces u have finished deleting wcs, add the new/updated wcs version to your eventscrips.

Step 6:
Then when thats finished installing,add all the files you should of saved and change the
config.cfg and addons.cfg files(which are in addons\eventscripts\wcs\config)

Step 7: Restart your Server

Now your done, hope everything goes well
